Media disrespecting President Bush

I was just watching CNN and saw something that I've noticed several times in the past couple of weeks. Sometimes they will refer to him as MR. Bush instead of President Bush. I know its trivial, but it pi$$e$ me off. Maybe I'm too young, but I don't ever remember them doing Klinton that way.
