Will someone please explain what this "back to the top" is supposed to mean? Any idiot knows how to get to the top of a thread.

Back to the top means the poster wants the whole thread moved back to the top of the forum so that others will pay attention/respond.I know you know this, but every time a new post is added to a thread, the thread moves to the top of the forum.
