Shipping C&R Rifle from PA-Info Needed

Hi Folks,
I am buying a C&R rifle from a private party in PA. Do they have to have a dealer ship it to me, or can they mail it right to me? I need some info on PA. Thanks!

    From what I read in the law, (dont know about your state) ya dont need an FFL to ship C&R, or black powder guns., from florida, as long as the gun is on the C&R list. Check with your local post office, as they are the cheapest to ship long guns by

    I ship direct to the address on a C&R, once I receive a copy of his license, and verify it. I do not have a license.

    As long as the rifle is on the C&R list all you have to do is send him a copy of your C&R licence and he will ship it directly to you at your C&R address. The only hitch is if that particular rifle is on your STATES banned list of ownership like a lot of rifles in New jersey, maine and Kalifornia write their own lists.
