Kel-tec Sub2000 or Remington 1100?

Time for a new gun.

Sub2k that uses glock mags (would go well with my G34) or a Remington 1100 with polymer stock, 10 round mag, sling, etc.?

I dont have a shotgun right now, but the sub2k using the same mags and ammo as my G34 would be nice as well.

If you don't have a shot gun right now. I would get one. That's a must in your collection. Great home defense weapon.

I'm about a "hares breath" from cutting my old "11-48" MOHAWK down to 18.5". I'm married, and i now have a second person to think about.
She means more to me than i mean to me.( i value her life more than my own)She and I will be as protected as i can possibly do.
P.S; How close to the end of the chamber is legal? I wanna go 1/2" over, just for "good measure".

Don't chop it up, buy another. 870's are dirt cheap and you now have a reason to buy a new gun.[8D]

I bought a kel-tec to complement my Beretta 92. The keltec is a piece of stool. It accepts Beretta magazines and that's it. Trigger is horrible and fails to feed reliably. Returned to kel-tec and they say all is okay and to use their magazines, so much for my mags....... Looks like a Storm is on my want list now. My Ruger and Marlin / S&W & 1911 pistol / carbine sets run great with all magazines and ammo. kel-tec missed the boat with their sub-gun in my opinion if it can't run with other magazines and ammo. So get the 12 bore because you don't have one and you should have one. Get more info on the keltec, preferrably from folks that have them and run them before you waste your money on one.
