Mauser Bolt

I just got back from the Frederick, Maryland gun show with a new baby: a 1943 Mauser 98. My previous Mauser was a Portugese, which cocked on the opening of the bolt. This one seems to cock on the closing of the bolt. Anyway, since I spent two hours re-assembling the portugese bolt after I took it apart the first time, I thought I'd ask how to dis- and re-assemble this one first. Thanks.

MARK 11: OK! HERE GOES! I HAVE A 95 MAUSER THAT I FIXED UP. GET A BIG VISE, WRAP HEAD OF BOLT AT COCKING LUGS WITH A RAG. CLAMP IN VISE VERY CARE FULLY. THEN TAKE A COAT HANGER AND BEND A "U" IN IT. WITH PLIERS, HOOK THE U UNDER COCKING PIECE WHERE THE TRIGGER HOLDS, PULL BACK UNTIL YOU SEE A SMALL GAP BETWEEN THE COCKING PIECE AND THE BACK OF THE BOLT. ALOT OF EFFORT! WHEN GAP SHOWS PUT A PENNEY OR HALF MOON CLIP OF SOME TYPE IN THE GAP TO HOLD IT OUT. THEN YOU CAN UNSCREW THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY FROM THE BOLT HOUSING. AFTER YOUR DONE JUST REVERSE THE ORDER OF ASSEMBLY. HOPE THIS HELPS.
