AB2222, the 50BMG "assualt rifle and ammo ban" has (as of 3:30PM) tuesday the 23rd) failed, I repeat, FAILED to get out of committee. According the the yound lady that I talked to at the legislature, the bill failed and as it is written is pretty much a dead horse. Good news for awhile, but they will be back.

    I just hurt my head when I fell out of my chair. What the hell is going on in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia???? Is it possible that common sense has slithered into the Republic from somewhere?

    The paper says that two Democrats with records of support for gun-control laws "broke rank". This is great news...to have lefties help the cause. Here's a question for all you Kalif. bashers...How many of the politicians that create these laws in Kalif. are actually natives to Kalif.? You see I think that all the scum politicians from all the other states are polluting the good people of Kalif. Stir stir stir... JMO
