Hi All,

Sorry it took so long, Mom and Baby are fine.

Andrew William Simon
Born July 19, 2002 @ 2127 after 15 hours of labor and a C-section.
9lbs. 1oz., 22" long

To see him go to www.thatsmybaby.net
His number is 007-62072 (I like that 007 part)

Feel free to sign the guest book.

Mom and Dad are very tired, this is our first.

I have already been buying savings bonds to pay for private school starting with Kindergarten. I'm sending in his Pre-paid college tuition paperwork tomorrow.

Now I need suggestions for first .22 . I'm thinking a bolt-action of some type.

I'm not afraid of the dark...the dark is afraid of me!

Congratulations. Cute little feller. Much luck with him...looks like your starting things off the right way with the bonds and the prepaid college. wish my parents had the foresight to do those things...times wouldn't have been so tough. Good Job.

And as far as the .22 goes, I think something from your own collection would make a very appropriate first gun. You can always buy him a new one later :)

That's one fine looking boy. How about a .22 single shot Cricket.

Now that picture puts a smile on your face.I vote for a single shot 22, bolt or lever does not matter.BlackRoses; settle down, your kicking so much bootie, you are starting to look like a one legged woman in a bootie kickin contest.

If I knew then, what I know now.

I vote for a falling block (or a rolling block) Take a look at the Uberti Rolling Block Baby Carbine http://www2.uberti.com/

    simonbs-

Congrats!!! Mine just hit the 6 mo. mark! My vote is for the "Chipmunk" .22 rifle, but I can't remember who makes it. Short of that I am planning a project rifle, I'm going to cut down the stock and Bbl. of a bolt action .22 for my boy to use when he is old enough. (That should be in a few months, right??)
