Any Military Personel ?

Ive been watching the auctions here and there for a few items that you guys can probably get at the PX or your on base military clothing store. 1st item is the M13 chest harness for the canvas mil spec hip holster 2nd item is the M1425 leg extention to convert the hip holster to a leg/thigh rig and the 3rd is gortex wet weather gear both tops and bottoms. Can you hook me up? How much?

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

    I have both gortex top and bottom i will sell. first generation pants size small long. i wear a 32 waist 34 inseam and they are plenty big. parka 2nd generation with tuckable hood and pockets on both sleeves, sizemedium/reg. email me at maggiethecat@mynra.com

    ok. I will swing by th exchange after work wednesday and see what they are going for. it would probably be cheaper though to get from catalog like cheaper than dirt or us cavalry. I know CTD has cheap ones, I live 10 minutes from the store front.

    Excellent notion Maggie, but 4GodandCountry, you really out to get a copy of the shotgun news. There is a company in NJ that sells a lot of mil-spec stuff, used and new. I purchased a used Gortex top from them when some barracks thief stole mine (My fault for not using a Series 2000 lock) They had some really outta sight prices and fast shipping..... I'll look and see if I can post the address and phone number later this evening.

    As of the April of 2002 issue of the Shotgun News, they had XL used GoreTex Parkas for $64.95 and new for $129.95. Trouser are $49/$89. A little spendier than I remembered, But when I ordered I mentioned that I was in the service and asked if they could send me a decent one, & they did. There was no need for me to turn it in to get one "up to snuff".
