He went to a park with a pistol disguised as a toy, tried to sue the officer that stopped him, and got nothing.

look at his last posts here-

he tried to make a statement and cause a ruckus. he got what he wanted. he made a scene and in doing so, educated the park rangers. in this, while i think he took extreme measures, he succeeded and i both suport and applaud the effort.

then he consumated the act by trying to get money out of it(suing for damages). thats where he loses me. he got what he wanted and was asking for. to then turn around and then claim damages(which is legalese for i want money to compensate me) is bull.

sadly, the bad in this case outweighs the good. he goes from being a ballsy activist who believes in he cause all the way to a * who's looking to make a splash and make some money.

    this part:

quote:Making matters worse (or at least more
suspicious), Embody had painted the barrel tip of the gun orange, typically an indication that the gun is a toy. An officer could fairly suspect that Embody had used the paint to disguise an illegal weapon.

    doesnt help him any.

That moron was able to unite the Brady whackos and the SAF against him. What an idiot.

Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

I applaud nothing. The stunts this bozo pulls help no one except those who would point to him and state that all gun enthusiasts are crazy like him.

I know none of us paints with such a broad brush, but the LIBS do! [;)]

Just in the VERY short time that he was here you got the CLEAR impression that he was a complete nut job....deeply troubled....and is most likely mentally ill. I am betting if he were actually evaluated by a doctor...he would be deemed unable to lawfully OWN a firearm.

I know of no person that has been banned from as many on line forums as the party in question. Getting banhammered seemed to be his hobby. May the Lord bless him and keep him (far away from me).
