I've got two lbs. of fresh lean ground beef. A large package (50) of soft yellow corn tortillas, Hot Salsa, Tabasco, fresh onions, fresh lettuce, garden picked tomatoes, garden picked hot peppers, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, a fresh avocado, alas, no Ranchero refried beans. [V]

What should I make?? [:0][B)][:p][:D][}:)]

Oh yes. A glorious two day weekend is forthcoming. [:D]

A burger. Use the tortillas for holding it and load all the fixings in, like a burger pita pocket.

Pizza. Seriously. Crush the tortillas to use as a no-bake crust.

    Chicken salad [:)]

No Chicken salad, would entail, diced celery, diced bread and butter pickles, (or relish in a pinch.) Mayonnaise, salt/Pepper, and some whole grain wheat bread. Along with Swiss cheese, romain lettuce, and tomatoes.

Not to mention some Freakin' CHICKEN.

You do realize someday you're going to turn into a taco yourself or worse, a Mexican. I'm not just talking about one of those Mexicans that are a citizen of the United States, you'll turn into one of those greasy illegal Mexicans that's swam through the raw sewage in the Rio Grande to get here...[:D]

Might I suggest a seven layer bean dip, substitute the the ground beef for the beans... Deep fry your corn tortillas to crispy then break them up into chips. you do have some olives don't you?

Making my own Pinto bean mash. (Refried bwans.)

3 cups of water, 1 1/2 cups dried Pinto beans. Tablespoon of dried Chipotle dust, about the same of Galena Blasting Powder. (Both compliments of gunnut505.) Some ground black pepper, about 2-3 tablespoons of EVOO. Several shots of Orange label Tabasco Pepper sauce.

Boiling now. Will be brought down to simmer/warm overnight.

Good Sheeit on Tacos. Mixed with the ground beef, browned with diced onions. Additional spices as mentioned in the Pinto bean recipe. Thanks gunnut505.

Those beans will change the octane in your taco's from approx.84 to upwards of 95. I'd be confident as to claim those taco's will go from regular to premium after about 50 strokes of a wooden spoon, folding the refried beans into the beef mixture.

Not only will this add roughly 42.567% more gaseous fallout. It will also increase the speed of such fallout to precisely 16 1\2 minutes post consumption.
