Spinach salad with cucumber, red & yellow peppers, red onion, blue berries, strawberries, and the dressing is a can of King Oscar sardines packed in extra virgin oil and cracked pepper. Looks great!! Now I'm gonna stop logging in guns and eat it.[:)]

I sure hope ya don't drop any of that on an auction item. It'd burn right thru that world renowned, brown, water based coating.

    King Oscar sardines are great!

My Favorite are the Skinless Boneless Spanish style, in Olive oil and peppers. Chop them up and add to deviled eggs[:p] People who don't eat sardines love them.

The Mediterranean style are my second.

Great survival food and awesome camping chow.

My hunting packs and tackle boxes always have tins of King Oscar Sardines and Smoked Oysters!
    That salad sounds great!

I love Sardines. Especially King Oscar Smoked Brisling (two layer) I've got (a'hem) a few here. [:D]

Exactly what (?) are you rubbing Olive oil on?

Never mind. I REALLY do not want to know.

Have to admit that I have never been able to get past the stink of sardines to get them to my mouth.

I do like fish however and consider them as one of my main food groups.

I like the "idea" of sardines and perhaps will give them another try one of these days. Maybe after a rinse in some strawberry *![:D][:o)]
