Wolminized dog house

My neighbor has a very nicely constructed "wolminized" dog house that he said he built about 20 years ago! Never used it. I didn't say anything but thought damn, with the arsenic used back then to "wolminize" wood, wow[xx(] I'm I wrong?

Why would you NOT put your dog in it? MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of homes have it in decks, walls subfloors joists, rafters and FURNITURE.
