I am tired of all the pop up adds on Photobucket, it used to be a good sight not anymore. What are you experts using and why?

What type of advertising eliminator? My ignorance is showing! Photobucket used to be user friendly then came the adds, I did pay to go add free a long time ago and it helped but they made changes to incorporate all the social media crap and took the user friendly out of the equation. I want to sell some items here and elsewhere where I can post a picture of item and no have potential buyers be able to view all of my libraries. I know of he privacy setting but if I want to post a picture of a rifle on a gun forum I really do no want a person on another forum that I have a pistol magazine for sale in there trader section from being able o view all my public libraries.

Rather than switch hosting sites, I decided to go with Photobucket's "Ad Free" Membership for $9.99 a year. No more issues.

I have used the same email since dial-up. I have no problems with Photobucket and a add on to the browser. I even added the smartphone to Photobucket with no problems.

    flickr
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

The bucket is going the way of the point.

Photo Point use to be the best. Then they like the bucket started the invasive ad campaign and wanted you to pay to stop them. Then they slammed the door shut and was gone overnight. I lost over 10,000 photos on Photo Point. When I saw Photobucket starting the same crap years ago, I was gone. Honestly I am surpised that they are still around.

Went to Flickr and have not had a single problem. One of the best features that I like. You do not have to resize your photos before you post them to a site. Flickr allows you to choose many differnt sizes from thumbnail to the original by using different codes. The codes are also easy to clean up so that nothing but the photo appears.

Bingo! We have a winner! All photos, videos, music, and docs are backed up to a 2 terabyte external hard drive. Western Digital 2 terabyte hard drive which includes software is 3" x 3.5"x .75".
