SO. you have your hands full eh?

Been all over the radio and the family is throwing the police under the bus.

Is there anything you can discuss in public? Or still tight lipped?

As much as I respect you and a good many of your opinions I must ask. Does this mean the problem is being dealt with or you just made all the evidence go away so, hopefully, I'd forget about it?

I understand that this is a private forum and that constitutional rights do not apply to everyone equally here, but can't something be done?

Thanks for all the support from you guys via email. It means a lot.

Just received a message by email from support@GunBroker.com, subject is GunBroker Account Verification, Updade a Credit Card on File. It states that: Your account will expire unless you re-enter your personal information and provide Credit Card Information. If the information is not provided then your account will be deleted without the right to register again.

I would assume this is a scam and if so everyone should once again be make aware that such a request is again making the circuit.

That part is not ava in aftermarket and dealer item only.

If you have an exact part number I can try a friend to use the locator.

Junk yard the only other option.

Likely his weapon is already his paid for out of his own pocket.

I'm sorry, but a Glock in a box just doesn't have the same panache as a displayed Colt Official Police or S&W Model 10.

    Older is more stylish.

Honorably retired officers are awarded their service pistols at the retirement ceremony, so I will get mine. I turned it in today, so that it can be detail stripped, thoroughly cleaned and lubed, and all springs replaced. I will get it back Wednesday. I have been toting it for just under 14 years now, and have gotten attached to it.

They are also taking my badge, name tag, and what not and putting them into a nice shadow box.

Up until April of 2000, I did carry my own sidearm, a Smith & Wesson revolver, and never felt under-gunned. When the PD bought and issued SIG pistols, we were each paid $500 as a sort of compensation for having to provide our own weapons and leather gear up to that point.

Very nice Nunn, they didn't even give me a redneck slider, and I declined the breaktime party.
