Good service from good people

Deciding to install my new Timney trigger while talking to the wife and watching the news at the same time was not my best idea. After breaking the housing on the trigger, I called Timney and asked if the had an idiot clause in their warrentee. When she quit giggling I explained what I had done. She told me to returm the trigger with a nominal fee and they would replace the housing. Eight days later I received a brand new trigger, not a repair. Didn't have to listen to a computer answer the phone, no having to listen to " not are responsibility", no six month wait. How much easier would are lives be if all companies operated like this. We complain about poor service..Good service should be anounced just as loud!!!
