I AM SOOOOO STUPID !!!!!!!

As some of you know, I have been killing myself trying to meet a dealine on an impossible mission.
Anywho, I just spent 7 1/h hours trying to fix a bug in the code that wasnt there the day before when I tested. I was going crazy, even rewrote most of the d*** thing and it still didnt work. I tried everything I could think of. Even skipped lunch and kept plugging away. Was just about to give up on ever fixing it when I thought, heck lets see if we can get it to run stand alone, after all it was working yesterday and I hadnt made any changes[:I]
SOOO, I pull the code out and compile it , run it stand alone and AHHA, it didnt work, VIDICATION, so I thought, I take a closer look a t the debug and its trying to pull a fielkd from a table that does not exist, the filed isnt in that table, where did that come from?
Well, it came from me, the boss asked me yesterday to add the field to the table and since I was working on the code and not the table I added it to the code (so I wouldnt forget[:D]) and then promptly forgot to add it to the table. CAN YOU SAY DUMB !!!? I can[:0]
So, to make a long story longer, IT WORKS< at least this part of it. I got lots more to go but this was a milestone of sorts.

Iam very stoopid, but right now very happy also

    Yes you are stupid, anybody who is anybody knows you have to debug to check for table thingamabobbits. Geesh, did you sleep through class or what? Feel better now?[;)]
    PS: I understand what your talking about and am now reminiscing over the endless hours spent debugging C+ codes for EE classes. Probably explains the elevated alcohol consumption that semester though[;)][:D][;)]
