Can you believe somebody started bidding against me on the Colt Cowboy? I thought nobody wanted these? Of course he waited until near closing time to decide he couldn't live without it. He can have it. I'm not interested at a price higher than the starting amount. I had already decided that if it got a higher bid I would forget about it and go back to looking for a real SAA.

Sigh...I can't seem to buy anything on GB any longer. I used to buy a lot of stuff but not now. We'll see what happens next.

It sort of seems the ammo panic has now spread to firearms, not the new stuff, the pre-owned stuff. The 3" barrel is a little less common, so the prices asked are $200 higher than the 4". And guys are paying it. Well, it is good for GunBroker, good for the seller and good for the economy. Gotta save more nickels.
