I won't mention any names (Saxon Pig)

I was looking for some grips for my 686 when I stumbled upon a set of diamond service grips. The description said they had character, meaning they were well used but in good condition. I emailed the seller (Saxon Pig) to ask if the older k frame grips would fit the new 686. They seller not only replied, but told me to look at ebay, I may be able to find them cheaper and in better shape. What kind of salesman is honest enough to do that? (Saxon Pig). Then, not only did he (Saxon Pig) do that, but he (Saxon Pig) emailed me again with a link to a set on ebay in (maybe) better shape, and alittle cheaper than the ones he (Saxon Pig) is selling. Needless to say, I bid on the one this seller (Saxon Pig) was selling. Like he (Saxon Pig) said, they have character. I wish I could give the sellers name (Saxon Pig), so that if any of you run across one of his (Saxon Pig) auctions, you know you can bid with confidence. I just don't want to embarrass him (Saxon Pig) or anything.

So who was this guy anyway? You can tell me, cause I might need to know, and I promise I won't tell anyone else. I admit it sounds a lot like Saxonpig who is a pretty helpful guy, even if something of a blabbermouth on the boards. Truth is, most of his posts have been pretty helpful to a number of people, and you very rarely see him flaming anyone on the board. Congrats on your new grips with character. If only they could tell the stories of where they have been...

Saxon the problem with being a nice guy is that the headstrong will always run over you. In the latter case you cite, you are obviously a lucky fellow as well!
