Bifocles

How do people see out of these things? I just got my first pair of bifocles and I have a head ache every evening.I spend all day looking "up" at my computer screen.I've tried raising and lowering my chair and my screen.I think I'm gonna ask someone else here who wears these things.For now 2 of my co workers are on vacation and I don't think anyone else has to work at a computer.It's all a blur!!

I sit back far enough to use the distance vision. You can also lower your crt to put it in the field of near view if you sit closer.
