After viewing Saxons Ghost,I wonder how many of us believe in the Supernatural?I usually work the 8PM-4 AM shift. If I have time I will drive through some of the remote Graveyards to run off teens, and make sure there is no vandalism. As we have had alot of Headstones getting busted up,so usually if its on my own time I will drive through. One in particular we have had complaints of people parking and drinking and generaly disturbing the peace. For some reason this place always gives me the creeps. The graves are old, some marked with old rocks, some engraved some not.Every time I drive up that one lane up hill road I dread what comes over me.A feeling of unease I always hate going up there and turning around.Ive never seen nothing there but it reminds me of the guy that has the Russian SKS.I know the liveing is the one that might one day get me,and Im prepared for that. But I dont want no part of this Ghost stuff. That picture and the SKS story has shed new light on old possibilities??

There's a big difference between something being true because we believe it and something being true whether we believe it or not. The Question is: Is SaxonPig's photo an example of the former or latter kind?

If I knew then, what I know now.
Growing up I had certain chores to do around the house in the summertime. On Fridays I had to vacuum all of the carpets in the house. My parents had an old Hoover. I actually enjoyed vacuuming. My pickup is never orderly inside but I like a clean home. There was one thing that disturbed me during the same summer as the previous incident. Whenever it rained I could hear a moaning noise in the house when the vacuum was running. It would vary in volume and it disturbed me to the point where I would shut the vacuum off several times throughout the process of completing my chores. I never heard the moaning noise again after the lightswitch/television incident.
I have never believed in interaction between the physical and the supernatural. In spite of my past and present disbelief I DO know that I had the living begeesus scared out of me.
On August 18th in 1963, I was 15 years old, ten days before my birthday. I would then be old enough to drive.
I was in my grandparents back yard when my Grandmother opened her back door and called to me. I ran over and stopped on the bottom step. There are 6 steps. I looked up at her and and I saw a white foggy apparition behind her and at the same time a c-o-l-d wave of air went thru me and I felt cold! I simply froze and stared at her. I could only see.
When I mean froze I mean all my physical motion stopped! Only my brain via my eye sight comphrended the moment.
I was given insight to the supernatural right then but I did not know it nor was I able to associate it nor compare it with any human experience upto that point in my short 15 years on this planet!
If I did I could and would have changed the coming event.
After 10pm but before and 11 pm[10:20- 10:40) THAT night my Grandfather and Grandmother were both dead.

"A wise man is a man that realizes just how little he knows"
All supernatural means is "above nature." There are lots of things that fit that definition.
How about a miraculous healing of an illness? When the doctors who made the dreadful diagnosis now scratch their heads and wonder what happened, that is supernatural. No natural explanation.
I believe in God, the Creator of the universe. I believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who was miraculously conceived, and who lived as a man. I believe that Jesus was supernaturally resurrected from the grave. I believe that Jesus conquered death so that all those who believe on Him can also conquer death. I believe in the Holy Spirit, a gift from Jesus, that lives within the believer to offer comfort, wisdom, and other gifts.
I also believe in angels, created beings that act as God's messengers and do His will. I believe in Satan, also known as Lucifer, who rebelled against God, and was thrown out of Heaven along with a third of the angels who followed him.
I believe in these beings because the Bible tells me they are real, even though I have not ever actually seen God, or Jesus, or an angel. I have felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, but it cannot be seen.
I have not seen a "ghost," so I don't believe in them. I have seen pictures on Art Bell's website that purport to be those of ghosts, but it is easy to tell that the majority of these resulted from camera or film problems. I saw SaxonPig's picture, and I don't know what it is, nor would I hazard a guess. Some people believe that ghosts are the spirits of the dead. I find that to be counter to Scripture. Some say that ghosts are deceiving evil spirits, or demons. I don't know. If I ever see a ghost, and if I can keep my wits about me, I will ask it in the name of Jesus to identify itself and to acknowledge that Jesus is Lord.
The closest thing to a psychic experience I ever had was when I was in high school, and it was basically a remote viewing. I was sitting in class, daydreaming. I saw a short vision of my niece, who was just over two years old, by the open door of her parents' car. As she walked to the door, a Copperhead snake struck and bit her on the leg.
This was on a Friday morning. My dad had gone up to our place in Arkansas a day or two earlier to prepare for a long weekend. My sister, her husband, and their daughter also went up a day early, since they were off work. My younger sister and I had school, so we were to come up that Friday evening with my mother.
When we got to the place where we turn off the highway to go down to the place, Dad was sitting there in my sister's car waiting for us. He told us that everybody was at the hospital, that my niece had gotten bitten by a Copperhead that morning.
They had been to town for groceries, and were unloading them. My niece never could stand to see a door open, so she went over to the car to shut the door. When she did, she apparently stepped on a very large Copperhead and it bit her. It was about 30" long. It was big enough and she was small enough that it only hit her with one fang.
I actually "saw" the event at the time it was happening, from about 200 miles away. It has never happened again.

"Not as deep as a well, or as wide as a church door, but it is enough."
If you will blame gun makers for every shooting then blame car maker for every car accident.
My wife's grandmother was dying of a heart attack. She was in the back seat of the car being held by her daughter (my mother-in-law) while my father-in-law drove them to the hospital.
Grandma was in a lot of pain and showed it. Suddenly, the pain apparently eased up, her face became peaceful, and she then opened her eyes wide, and said, "It's so beautiful!"
And then she was gone.
Does anyone wonder or doubt what she saw that was so beautiful while she was making the transition from this life to the next?
