Looks like sort of bad thing to me and I am afraid to open it. What do others think?

I don't like those kinds of surprises.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

That virus could be on the computer of someone else that has your friends address in their contact list. The virus falses the sender to keep itself hidden. Open the link and you get the virus. Just in case, let your friend know so he can run anti malware to root it out.
