need help to edit

I made a glaring error on a post. I've read and reread the FAQ on how to edit, and I've tried and tried to find the appropriate icon to click on, and nothing works. Sorry to clutter this forum with my problem. Thanks for your kind assistance.

    Click on the icon above your post that looks like a cheet (or sheet to you guys in Palo Alto) of paper with a pencil across it. Change what you need and post edit.

    Make sure you are logged in also, you do that at the top right of the page.

    Thanks, fellas. Apparently we can post a reply or new topic without logging on, but we have to logon to edit?? It seemed that when I logged on, the edit icon showed up above my post where it didn't seem to be before.

    You got it. You can sign on for a single post, but must be logged in to edit or look at the nudie pictures.
