Mudge Update 7/24

We're still waiting for the pathology report....but Mudge is feeling much better. He's not in much pain, and he took a walk through the hallways today. He's still getting transfusions, however. They gave him another unit of blood today.
He's definitely ready to come home. When I left him tonight, I asked if I could bring anything to him in the morning, and he replied, "Yeah, an escape plan!".

Mrs. Mudge

I can't come to work today. The voices said, STAY HOME AND CLEAN THE GUNS!

Tell him to enjoy the rest, don't rush things! I hope things keep going good!

Glad to hear he is feeling better. Again don't rush the going home part. Been there and done that.

Mr + Mrs Mudge - While never personally introduced here, I have enjoyed the Mudge replies much. Having been through the C-word and being in my 3rd clean year, I know how hard it was for me but even more so for my wife and family ( I was a miserable bast***). I will keep my fingers crossed for you that the pathology report shows benign and if not that the lymph system is clean. All the best to you both (or all if more family members are with you). Many Regards, TM

    Mrs. Mudge,

I'm glad to hear he's itch'in to escape!

I'm a bit concerned though about his blood consumption...what if he actually starts to like getting all this blood?!?

You could be in some serious danger when he gets home and fresh supplies of blood are not as readily available as they are in the hospital. Do you have a crucifix somewhere around the house just incase he's becoming...

I know exactly how he feels, you had better get him out of there before he starts tieing sheets together and escapes out the window. Then he'll get picked up by the police for running through town with his ace hanging out the back of that hospital gown. lol...

When Clinton left office they gave him a 21 gun salute. Its a damn shame they all missed....

Compentent One has a good point. Don't by flowers for his home coming buy garlic. My best wishes for a good prognosis and a speedy recovery.
