I believe I read that Steyr Mannlicher was dispossessed from their property by an auto manufacturer. Are they still in business and did they find somewhere else to set up ?

Steyr had been for sale by Creditinstalt Bank for some time. Last August, it was bought by an Austrian reorganization firm called Cura Investholding. The sale INCLUDES the real estate. The new owners are reported to be concentrating on the "profitable" market lines, and especially the US market.I suspect that GSI has gotten frozen out by Steyr. The smart money is that Steyr will open a wholly-owned US distributor instead of giving up that piece of the pie.I sell a LOT of Steyr, and they are one of my first stops in Vegas next week. Maybe we'll get some straight answers by then.
