I was at work the other day and I got a nose bleed that lasted at least an hour...and then had another one after I got home that evening. I don't get nose bleeds, so I checked my BP and it was high...turns out I had forgotten to take my BP meds that morning. I guess this is what caused it. My BP was only a little high when I checked it, but it must have been a lot higher when I had the nose bleed...I HATE being reliant on medications.[xx(]
