Did Jesse and Al have alibi's? They said he was found in his car at 2 AM. A clandestine payoff meeting maybe?

I've said it before the real fraud in the whole Enron issue has been the libel and slander, directed against Enron executives, by the news media. (And helped along by Senators and Representatives.)Enron was a trading company, they were "middlemen" in transactions. They were pioneering trading in "new commodities"; when setting up these "new trading businesses", Enron engaged in some "questionable" financing arrangements (probably nothing will ever be found to be illegal) which caused traders to lose confidence in the business overall--Enron lost customers in droves, which then triggered the stock price collapse. Many people holding the stock (whether in their 401K's or otherwise) have the strange idea that "somebody stole their money". Their ideas are just plain wrong; their stock VALUE was not the same as "money"--nobody "took" any money; the VALUE of their holdings dimished.Yea, it still hurts (I lost a few dollars too), but most who lost money are trying to point to someone else and say, "You! You took my money!" The real case is that they just did not understand what they were doing when they "owned stock".YOUR STOCK VALUE LISTED ON A BROKERAGE STATEMENT IS NOT THE AMOUNT OF "MONEY" YOU HAVE! If you don't understand that, you should not own stock, or mutual funds, or bonds, or any other investment devices.

If I ever get down to $35,000,000.00, I'll probably end it all too. I've got a 24 hour watch on my computer at work. There's that "E" thing in Enron and Dell that has me worried.
