Lotta NYC Apartment subfloors flooded

Tunnels, WTC Site, Subways, Battery Park City. Wow.

When the streets flood, the "Super" gets flooded along with the building boilers and service equipment....including elevators.

Now there is a possibility of 20-30 foot storm surges coming in to Boston.

    Many, if not most of Manhattan high rise apartments not originally designed with lower level parking lots were converted to house parking lots. Some are multiple levels deep below street level.
    Lotsa nice cars will need interiors and electronics.
    I hope NYC museum surplus inventory storage is above ground.
    The Trenton NJ museum storage area is below ground. There is some wonderful stuff there besides art. I saw Civil War battle flags and great numbers of other historical artifacts that exceeded Museum space to display it.
