Broke down and spent the money on a Colt Anaconda 6inch barrel 44 Mag. revolver. Was shopping around and the bug got the best of me.

Is there a Colt revolver anonymous?

That was money well spent. You'll likely not regret the purchase.

ah, now THAT'S a gun I can get behind. :)

I'd scope it and use it for deer season. Better yet, get one with a scope and one without!

If I'm not being too nosy, what kind of price range was it?

    Hell of a good gun.

Little less than 2 grand after shipping, ffl etc. Cheapest of this quality I had found. Most were 2400 & up. He said it was a safe queen with only a box of shells through it. Taking him at his word.. [}:)]

Been thinning my herd, a bit. Got one guy that really wants my Anaconda. Laid out 20 hundred dollar bills last week. told him I wasn't ready to part with it, just yet. Sure is tempting, though. I also have a Super Blackwawk, and a Smith 29. It's not likke I would be deprived!!!! [:D]

After looking at numerous site.. Auctions & personal ones, seems anywhere from 2200 to 2600 is what they were going for.. Seen a couple for a little less.

Kind of a hassle. I'm on the coast of Texas for the winter trying to send to ffl in Kansas and they will have to hold the gun until the 1st of April for me to get home.
