Need Help Re-sizing A Pic..

Had a friend of mine send me a e-mail of a big Rattler killed just South of town here where I live and I'm not sure how to bring it from e-mail to posting a pic on the board.. Says file to large?

Anyone care to help, I'd appreciate it.. I'm not puter literate.. [:D]

    use some kind of photo editing program and just crop it.

    right click on the picture in the email, and save it to your hard drive. Then open it in MS Paint, and then go up to the image menu.. select "stretch/skew", and lower the percentages (keep them identical to eachother to keep scale). Then upload it to photobucket, if you dont have a free account already, you should get one, its worth it.. (cuz its free)

    OR

    you can just save it and upload it straight to photobucket, then after uploading it, press the EDIT button, and change the size from within photobucket.
