Stevens mod 75 22 rifle. I have one that I believe is missing a spring on the lifter. I cannot find a good diagram that shows that assembly. A new style lifter was put in later models and they have a spring internally but I need info on the old type lifter.
If anyone has any info on the old type lifter, I will be eternally grateful! Tom
Added: If anyone has one of the above rifles and can take a picture, I would be grateful. I called Numrich today and they do not have a spring for the old lifter nor a new style lifter. The picture in their book is not clear enough to make it out and my buddy nor I can figure out how the spring fits.
As far as I can tell, this is the only part I need to have a real good shooter. Thanks, for any help. Tom
PS: If you could draw a pretty good example, I could probably get by with that. T

If I could get a real good picture, I believe I could make one. If someone can furnish a clear picture, I can take it from there. Thanks, Tom
