Carter in Cuba, Clinton to where?

I see from the news that Jimmy"Lets give away the Panama Canal" Carter, is visiting Fidel in Cuba, This is GREAT! as I have not heard anything about letting Him back in the States, seems like a good plan to Me, where are they planning on sending Clinton? anyone heard? any suggestions?

    I think we should put both of them in a old cobra helicopter and let them patrol in the no fly zone in Iraq. unarmed of course. Thats their style. Then maybe just maybe the Iraqis (really us) will get lucky and find out how much damage they can take from a SAM.
