I had no prob. with Nunns survey questions. Most of ya'll like myself have at LEAST a small concern about where any/all the anti-gunner crap is headed. Would like to think if "THEY" ever come around to collect my guns i would give them the ammo first...but would just have to get to that cross roads first, then see. Dont know how it is in your state but in TX. when I applied for my CHL(CONCEALED HANDGUN LICSENSE) I filled out enough paperwork with info about me I DIDNT EVEN KNOW! Point is...if you have a carry permit..you have ALREADY made the short list of who "THEY" will come to FIRST if confiscation ever became reality..scary isnt it??

Unless they convict me of a felony or I do something stupid, and I doubt that will happen. they will not get mine. Period. I'm not a criminal and I'm not hurting anybody. As far as I'm concerned siezure of a law abiding citizens guns for no reason other than to just take them is a breach of contract and all negotiations are off.

I feel lucky to live in a state where I am able to carry concealed. I used to live in Kalifornia and did not have the luxury. As for confiscation, I'm sure I don't speak just for myself when I say that I will arrange to make certain that nobody takes away ALL my self-defense weapons. Call it civil disobedience, but on this point I quote brother Malcolm -- "by any means necessary." There won't be a lot of shrill yelling from me at that point. I will probably seem as law-abiding as ever. As the Godfather advised his son, "keep your friends close, your enemies closer."

Now I'm saying that I would, or any body else should...but. Since we do all have a comp. handy...(1)Pick the dates a local gun show is running or has ran(2)Draw up a bill of sale on your trusty little comp. (3)Use one of the run dates of the said gun show.(4)Fill in sale date of firearm to match one or two dates of the show. (3) Have a friend, a different friend for each gun "sold" sign the bill of sale. Plan ahead if you have as many as what it looks like some of us do!If asked about "who" purchaser was..say it was a guy walking around that asked if the gun you were carrying was for sale..he bought it! I,and perhaps a few of you HAVE bought several guns from someone walking around at the gun shows, not off a table.A few of my better deals were found this way.I thought of this a l-o-n-g time ago. Oh yeah if you have a few friends like mine, duh, make sure they DON'T sign their own names! "I used to own a lot of guns with those little yellow papers...now where are they"? NOTICE: I AM NOT ADVOCATING SUCH AN ACT...JUST FOR INFO PURPOSE ONLY!!!!

Rugernut: Colorado law now requires that all transactions at gun shows go through an FFL for a background check. It is only a matter of time until there is such a federal law. So you will need to expand your current plan.
