I'm sure lowrider will be quick to point out that I dont ride nor have I ever, but if I had the chance to buy a new bike, I love how these things look:

    I've never understood the appeal of the cruisers. If you want a motorcycle that can go anywhere, and do just about anything, the Kawasaki KLR-650 is the ultimate motorcycle.

    Yeah, Ruger270Man, we got alot in common now, even though I like Harleys I'm a member of the got went of on by Lowrider Club.

    Seriously, the Volusia looks nice and sells down the line, but the fenders are plastic, check out Yamaha V-Stars. Yamaha site is cool and you can "Build a Bike"

    I had a V-Star 1100 Classic last Summer after I sold my 2002 Harley Sportster, yes I loved the Sportster at first, but wanted something more comfortable and couldn't afford a Fatboy yet.

    Hey, each to their own. Ride whatever you want, it don't make a damn to me.

    I DO think it's a little funny that you like a bike that, other than the wheels, is a dead-nuts replica of a Harley Fat Boy.

    Nice bike but I perfer old school bikes, like the Honda V65 or even the V45.

    Ill admit lowrider, the fat boy is pretty sweet looking, I like the wheels better than the ones on the suzuki.

    I disagree. Many of them don't...or if they're trying to look like them, they're doing a very poor job. Especially bikes like the V-Max, Suzuki vs1400 Intruder, Yamaha Virago, etc. These all have different frames, different water-cooled engines, different gas tanks, etc. All they share is a relatively similar seating position, which would be hard for a bike to be a cruiser and NOT have.

    Why did Suzuki call it "INTRUDER" it was their first 2 cylinder v twin, made to imitate a Harley..
