New York City is crazy

My poor brother is in the mist of custody fight for his boy in NYC. All he wants is to continue joint custody as he has had for the previous four years. His Ex wants that changed. It so happens my brother has Multiple myeloma, an incurable cancer....that;s neither here nor there, he is holding his own and dealing with it.

So far in court the woman judge has told my brother that he will need a letter from his oncologist stating when he will probably die...not making this up, I've seen the letter and the doctor has complied.

The boy is twelve and his dad has promised him he would bring him by my place and we will go out and shoot some 22s. Somehow it got back to the ex wife who threw a fit. My brother said he thought it was a good idea, " besides, we weren't going to be shooting a tank cannon or a bazooka.

My brother now has to appear in NYC family court to show proof he will not be letting his son shoot a tank cannon or a bazooka.

If it wasn't so ludicrous.....I'd cry
