My brother had a tree from his property fall on his rollback. He called his homeowners insurance who said it was the auto insurance responablilty. Anyone have any experience in this???? Needless to say, he is fuming.......

It would be a Comprehensive claim under Auto policy. If it falls on your NEIGHBOR'S rollback, it may be a claim under your homeowner's liability coverage.

I feel his pain. My lady backed her car out of the garage without opening the garage door. Auto AND homeowners.

Sounds like comprehensive to me and he probably is in luck. Many times comprehensive has no deductable.
It's too late for me, save yourself.
