CCW School and Classroom......

I have taught State Approved Concealed Weapons Permit Classes in Utah for some seven, plus years. I recently decided to change from the "appointment only" to a "walk-in" classroom approach. Searching for an office to hold classes in, I found a nice 300 square foot office in a nice building with restrooms and ideally suited to train students. I was told it would be $230 per month, on a month to month rental. I took a couple of days to think it over and decided it would work. Now the fun began.I went to the property management agent and started to get it set up. I was first asked to fill out a "credit application" which I did. In the space where it asked "type of business," I put "Concealed Weapons Training." You should have seen his eyes when he was reading my credit application! Regaining his composure, he began to "outline the terms of my new lease!" Seems that office was "Prime Space" and that the monthly rate was "misquoted." It was actually $390 per month plus a heating/air conditioning charge of $45 per month. It would be necessary to pay first and last month's rent, plus a $300 Deposit. When I questioned the price and the Deposit, I was told it was because I would be in a business which "catered to a rather undesireable crowd who would be running all over the building and the other tenants wouldn't want this."It was suddenly plain, it wasn't a PC business and it revolved around those "damned guns!" This is my third incidence in two weeks that have ended up so similar as to be almost identical. All I want is a Classroom! This is really starting to make me quite angry! What should I do here? I could understand if it were a discrimination for Race, Religion, etc., and be able to do something about that. GUNS don't have any protection so I go without a classroom.
