This was the title to an ad.

151 9mm Brass Ar 15

What does the 151 mean?

Does the 9mm mean that the LOWER is a 9mm and can't be used for 223?

    11th Amendment:
The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

I take it as a citizen of another State can not sue another State, is this correct?

USPS tracking site says my revolver was delivered to a PO box. My FFL doesn't use a PO box.

From the new Los Angeles city mag ban ordinance:
"Exemptions are in place for Hollywood prop masters, gunsmiths,
law enforcement, museums who have such magazines on display and
anyone with a grandfathered mag to a weapon
for which there is no 10-round magazine produced."

Model 11-87 turkey and deer barrels are not pressure-compensated. Not for use with target or light field loads.

I just checked my profile to discover that I'm at approximatly 4.4 posts per day. Does that mean I'm extremely bored?

Do any of you think I need help?

I thought it was against the law to deliver a gun to a PO box.
How could the post office break the law?
They are probably just joshing you Doc.

well you don't have a PO box written as the addressee on the package! if it were me I would find out what post office that PO box is at, call them, give them the tracking number and tell them they have a package with [the right address] delivered to that PO box. maybe they can grab it tomorrow before the PO box owner gets it. they can forward it to the right address.

There is the possibility that he lives in an area or community where there is no home delivery; we have a few of them near my home. If that the case then a delivery to the PO Box is standard. If the package won't fit into the PO box then a delivery slip is put in the box and the PO will hold the package until the box holder arrives to claim it.

    That is one possibility.

Could mean the postman or a clerk in the office checked the wrong box? Purely a typo?

On Mark's comment, this neighborhood has community mailboxes. There are parcel boxes too, in several sizes. If you get a package that fits in the parcel box, the postman leaves a key in your letterbox to open the parcel box. Use the key and it is retained in the parcel box lock until the postman releases it.

Well, if I understand what everyone i saying, my FFL has a contact address (the PO box) and a physical delivery address (his street address for the shop-no community boxes) and the seller sent it to the PO box rather than the shop. My FFL should be able to pick it up this morning as it seems it was sent to him, just not at the right location.

I've never lost a gun in 10 years as an FFL dealer and 15 years buying online...so far.

you still need to know why you sent the package to a street address but it ends up going to a PO box.

This is the reason that I clearly circle the correct address on my FFL when I send it with my payment; to attempt to avoid any confusion on the part of the shipper. So far, so good.

Both addresses appear on the FFL and the seller went with the wrong one even though the correct one was so indicated. I hope it's just a minor flub.
