Husqvarna M1907 Pistol Is:C&R ot not?

Hi Guys I just like to buy Husqvarna Pistol and the seller of pistol say the i can not buy the pistol with my C&R license.Is this Right or What?Please let me know.Thanks:

    If the particular gun was made more than 50 years ago it's automatically considerd to be C&R. Some people look at the ATF list of C&R guns and if they don't see a particular gun they think it doesn't qualify but the list is for those guns that were listed before they were 50 years old so most guns aren't on it.

    State law may have an affect. In CA C&R pistols must still be sent to a regular FFL dealer for transfer. Having a C&R license if you live in CA doesn't help with handguns. I think that maybe NJ doesn't recognize C&R for any guns (but I may be wrong on this).

    If the pistol you mention was actually made in 1907 or at least before 1957 it does have C&R status.
