California Native - Nevada Property

I live in California but i would love to be able to buy "Assault Weapons" such as Ak-47's and AR-15's. Of course i cannot in California. What i would like to do is buy some property in Nevada and then hopefully be able to buy guns there. Does anyone know if this is possible? Is there a certain amount of land that i must purchase? Must i have an address? Thanks.
