CSA Soldiers are American Veterans

Confederate soldiers are legal veterans----By Public Law 85-425, 1958 (H.R. 358) 72 Statute 133: "(3) (e) for the purpose of the section and section 433, the term 'veteran' includes a person who served in the military or naval forces of the Confederate States of America during the Civil War, and the term 'active, military or naval service' includes active service in such forces." As a result of this law the last surviving confederate Veteran received a US Military pension until his death in 1959, and from that day until present, descendants of Confederate veterans have been able to receive military monuments to place on graves from the Veteran's Adm. for their ancestors. A Confederate Veteran should therefore be treated with the same honor and dignity of any other American Veteran.

I have found this in several locations. This says to me that the Confederate monuments and memorials that are now being attacked should be protected by the US government. At least it should be a Federal crime.

Yes, even if the law did not say so they would still be American Veterans.

The US needed reconciliation and cut them a sweet deal but we don't need to be bound by it forever.

This law was passed in 1958. What kind of reconciliation were they going for then?

It doesn't matter until the next war when they need a southerner to fight again. Like I said before we made atonement during WWII fighting the Nazi and Japs. Both were dictatorships with ultra right racism and we stood with the Federal government to overcome them.

However after WWII this country has been sold out to The International Bankers and dual citizenship making it ready for The NWO in my opinion.
