cop above the law in shooting

Okay, a police officer shot a woman. The county attorney finds that the shooting was not legally Justified. Yet they are not going to bring charges against the police officer. Here's the article, read it to the end... And tell me what you think.

    cop shot an innocent man who went out on his porch half asleep at about 2am wondering what all the hoopla was about...kalifornia swatting ...from 1/2 block away with a rifle...working, clean record innocent ..and NO CHARGES for cop... B...S... welcome to wichita...we have stopped going there for ANYTHING..
