I got put on a grand jury and made foreman. We indited 18 out of 19. Most were drug offenses and the associated crimes one would expect from druggies.
The one we did not indite was a drug residue on a spoon that was traces our concern is this officer does not present well and we felt he was way over the line in probable cause to pull her over. We also felt trace amounts did not deserve a felony charge We gave that one a no-bill.
If this same guy comes in next time they may find a lot of NO-BILL because of the arresting officer.

We know the trial is supposed to sort out the legal side of things from the defense side. However, we got the feeling this particular officer was/is pulling over people on a undefined hunch or maybe voodoo magic.
On the one we no-billed he was not able to articulate a reasonable legal reason for the stop. Several others were also similar but had additional possible reasons for the stop.
I do not like traffic stops for the purpose of a fishing expeditions; we did not like this guys demeanor.
Drugs are ruining our society and there has to be a better way to fight it. My nephew was just arrested for the fourth time, he is a heroin addict. He has one DV charge, three drug paraphernalia charges and one having a weapon while under a DV charge. I am fearing a funeral, his, in heading towards us at light speed.
I bet the judge gives each and every one of those felons probation.[V]
Not the feller with six prior OVI convictions in the past 20 years and seven total OVI convictions in his life. He has had special circumstances added to his OVI and felony vehicle assault causing injury and theft of the vehicle he totaled. He is going away for a very long time, probably the remainder of his worthless existence on this globe, we hope.

Thumbs up sir- Sounds like you did some justice and not some where it was shady.
The shady part starts when the lawyers come in.
Get a lawyer that golfs with the Judge.
Your golden.
