    bolivia is just pizzed because it has managed to be the poorest nation in south america and our foriegn aid giveaway has dropped to almost nothing because it's leader WASTES it.....and spain forgave about $170 million debt....fearless leader needs to sty home and try to fix his mess instead of expensive vacations to the UN
