So, new to me 9mm P938. Looking for guidance on a "bulk pack" FMJ load and a JHP defense load that both shoot to point of aim.

For business, I carry Speer Gold Dot 124 Gr. They're very accurate in my P938. For practice, I generally use my own 115 gr. reloads.

Mine functioned fine with Winchester white box 115 gr for practice. I use Corbon 115 gr +P DPX (solid copper HP) for carry ammo. The Corbon ran fine in the gun as well, they are supposed perform well out of short barrels and hit POA out to 15 yards(furthest I shot them).

To match the FMJ's to Hp's at POA, you have to do the work yourself.
While another's gun/ammo combo might work in yours too, why chance it??
Even the way YOU hold and squeeze the trigger affects the poa.

Toss it or do a give away from what I've heard it has MIM parts [:)][:)]
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

Reminds me of those who think adjustable sights are there to accommodate for their shooting error and chase bullet holes with their sights. [:D]

If a handgun is solidly bore sighted but doesn't hit point of aim for you, the problem isn't with the gun.

Here is a handy target to use to figure out what is wrong(For Right handed shooters)

I remember a ammo make that was selling ammo that was a less expensive practice ammo and a more expensive carry ammo. These two rounds were supposed to shoot to the same POA.

    Here it is:

    Winchester Train and defend ammo:

Not sure what calibers it comes in but I would think it would be available in all the popular defensive handgun calibers.

The whole "fix your hold, it ain't the sights" only goes so far.

Shooting wee little groups with my K38, and a click or two of the sights to keep them centered.

I'm pretty sure bullseye competitors use adjustable sights, too.

    Apples/oranges.

My response was to the suggestion that you should expect a handgun will have a different POA from one shooter to the next.

A solidly bore sighted pistol will hit POA at the distance it's regulated for if the shooter does his part properly.
