Yep, partisanship and socialist agenda oriented ideology is all that's required.

With this POTUS, I have never seen such a collection of incompetence in high positions of government in three score. Especially within the DOD. It will take years to repair the damage. No wonder government is broke.

I get the humor but executive branch, cabinet level positions and Dept. of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff slots are entirely different things.

Nothing's changed. Secretary positions are and have always been occupied by appointed civilian bureaucrats, while all Chief/Commandant slots are held by experienced active duty members of their respective branches.
