If you met the enemy (terrorist) face on, could you-would you- shoot him/her at that second? (**Being it known that he/she is for sure a terrorist to this country) knowing that they are not a threat to your life at thet moment? Just walk up and shoot?

Hmm..interesting question. It is like asking someone if they could go back in time and take out Adolf Hitler before he reached the age of 12. Verrry interesting. It is difficult to say. Would this terrorist be setting the ball rolling towards a terrorist action? I think I would call the police on my cell phone. If I was the only person in the whole world and a terrorist act was about to be committed, yes. Without a doubt--provided that I had the omniscience of the Almighty Himself.

P.S. Where's dano? Have you seen him? Where have you taken him?

Despite opening myself up to a lot of redicule and opinions and considering my age and current state of health , my answer would be....IN A HEARTBEAT!

    Interesting question . . . .

If I were absolutely, positively certain beyond any doubt whatsoever, yeah, w/o the least hesitation, same as I would any other rabid animal. Having that degree of certaintude, though . . . .

if possible I would knock the person unconscious, tie his hands, and call the local authorities to arrest the suspected terrorist. If not possible, I would call the authorities and follow the person as far as I were able to. I would not kill someone who was not an immediate threat to me (or others), even if that person were a suspected terrorist.

I'm not really a dork...I just play one on TV.

There is a movie that will be released this summer with Tom Cruise that deals with a similar topic....the plot deals with new technology that allows police to predict and forcast who will be a killer prior to a murder...they then arrest and jail people in advance of the crime.

I'd be inserting the second mag. by the time he dropped in a bloody mess

If we know for a fact that he is a terrorist, then he has either already commited crimes against our people or is plotting to, in either case, personally I would feel justified in killing him on the spot. That does not mean that it would be the legal thing to do. Sometimes you just have to make a choice, and you may not get another chance before more life is lost. Yes I could. I have never killed anyone, however I have had to return fire at someone before, so I know that I am capable.

After alerting authorities I would keep a close watch on him. If he were to do anything that I thought seemed dangerous I would kill him. It would be better to let the authorities deal with him because maybe they could extract some information from him concerning any more terrorist activities. There is no way he get away from me though.

Shoot him in the knees and watch him suffer, then call the law.

DADDO said " terrorist face on" not maybe, not possible but a terrorist
kill him from the get go.......A true terrorist will never divulge
    information........so why take the prisoner.........................
That's one thing thats wrong this great country..............killers and everone else in prison eating three hots and sleeping in a cot watching HBO all day......taking 21% of my check to fund BS like this.
lets start using the death penalty more for this trash......

I'd first give him a chance to kiss to ground and surrender and would be turned into law enforcement officers.....but if he made one move as to go for a weapon then it would be adious terrorist.
But if it was bin laden i would cap that F%^@#r in a heart beat and would'nt waste the energy to throw a shovel full of dirt on him.....you know buzzards and coyotes got to eat also.
I have put down family pets and other animals that i had a hell of alot more reguards for than any terrorist so it would not be a problem capping a terrorist.
