cowdoc....Is your bid and name reflected on the item site? If not, I'd say try again. Maybe someone outbid you at the same time you were bidding. If your bid was higher than the "current bid" try again. GB doesn't care what computer you're sitting at as long as you're using the right user name and password.Keep in mind, I looked in the mirror and didn't see an expert looking back.Mudge

You say you are using a different computer at a different place. Do you receive any email messages on this computer that are sent to you using the email address you are registered under at Gunbroker?

I have had the same problem, especially when bidding at end of auction. If the auction isn't suppose to close for several days, and the lines are websites are real busy it make take several minutes if not hours to get your email received on the other end(assuming you emailed to correct address, it's always a good idea to send yourself a copy). At the bid site, bids get backed up towards the end and, even the high bidder can't be known to you, unless to log out of the site and then log back on, then you will be able to see who high bidder is, but these things happen, when the lines are busy with traffic, eventually you'll get something. So hooooold onn theeir paaaartnerrr.
