Does anybody have a clue as far as where Hazard County U.S.A. is?I'm on a hunt to find where them cut-off shorts came from.Might be better than deer season...

    There is a Hazard, KY. So KY would be my best guess

    Either Kentucky or georgia,but there is a Hazard,or Hazzard county in every other state I`ve ever been to.

    Hazard County is a fictional county in Georgia loosely based on Catoosa County and a few others where speedtraps and running shine was rampant. The show was filmed in nearby Covington, GA.

    This reminds me,a cousin gal of mine,looks after condominiums here ,while the owners are at their nothern homes for the summer.She was talkin` biz. with the owners ,their relative was sitting in the livin` room whatchin` tv.she kept lookin` in there at him ,he looked so familiar,but she could not place him.Maybe it was the way he was dressed.He finaly says"Yeesss I`m Boss Hawg".

    Bee - you spend too much of your time w/ smoking jackets & gators if you've never been in a state w/o a Hazard County. Say, did you see that sweet .218 in a recent "Rifleman"? Almost as pretty as a Daisy.

    Icon,you mean the m-43 win.,the one the guy restocked? I`ve got one,untapped,not as fancy as that one,but it is sweet!I`m kinda partial to that little hillbilly chick that`s in the Darlin clan ,from the hills outside of Mayberry.The onliest problem is I`d probably have to fight off Ernest T. Bass,and Dud Wash ,just ta get to her.
