This way seems to work for me.

Quality kinda sucks, but I copied it to my desktop and opened it in paint. Ithen went to the 'image' tab and clicked on the strech/ skew option. From ther you size it like you want (remember to do both vertical and horizontal the same way) and click 'yes' on save changes. Now you can use your favorite website to host the bigger pic.
