gun shows in new york

just wanted if anyone else noticed the recent dissapearance of gunshows in northern new york. two of my buddies and myself have had a ritual of travelling to anything even remotley involving fierarms, as long as we could make it there and back to ft. drum within the weekend, we were there. now i'm finding the trips happening alot more infrequently. especially a 1,000+ table show at the ny state fairgrounds in syracuse. wondering if this has anything to do with hillary?

    I'm not sure on the NYS fairgrounds show, the last time I attended that one was about 10 years ago when I was living in Ithaca. We still have a pretty good one at the Dome arena in Rochester. It's three times a year next one should be in January. If I think of it I'll post it when I get the notice. I'm a member of The Empire State Arms Collectors, so I should know about a month before it's announced in the newspapers.WOODS

    instrument - the Syracuse show was postponed at the request of NYSP in the aftermath of 9-11. Probably thought the second wave of terrorists would be lined up to buy M94s. I haven't heard anything about a new date, but it could have already passed, as I live several hours & two states away.

    The date had been postponed and the show was held on Nov 3,4 it was a great show.About 1000 tables (Most of it guns) for a change.....There are still some shows to be had in New York.Poughkeepsie, Kingston,Middletown,Suffern, Binghamton,Albany,
